My only problem was I had the appointment for 9:00am.I ask how long it would be and was told 1 to 1.5 hours It was not finished until 2:00pm.why have an appointment .I wonder who did not get there car finished.
I called just before the service dept. was closing for the day to see if I could have someone quickly diagnose my "check engine" light while it was on, since it was a sporadic issue. Mark told me to come on in. He had a mechanic hook it up to the machine and quickly diagnosed the problem. Instead of scheduling an appt. to repair the issue later in the week, his mechanic went ahead and fixed it in about 15 minutes after learning they had the part in stock. I was in and out of there without even having an appt. I applaud the service dept. for going above and beyond in this instance!
