I am a first time customer of Matthews, Marion IN and I Just want to say THANK YOU to Autumn and Bill for the great customer service. I was having an issue with my new car I had purchased in November, it was not an easy thing to figure out as it was not happening all the time. It required a couple appoints, emails and phone calls. The wonderful thing is I was treated with care and concern every time I communicated with Bill or Autumn. Then on top of that the issues was found and correct, I was even able to see pictures that the technician had taken while fixing the issue.
Power steering went out suddenly as I was driving my vehicle. Just want to make the point that I find this to be very dangerous as I could hardly turn my steering wheel. I called and Matthews got me right in and the problem fixed within an hour. My only complaint is the car required an update to the powering steering module with no prior warning which as stated before is dangerous. Also, I do not feel I should be charged for an update I knew nothing about. This is not on Matthews Buick but on GM.
