Brought in 2017 sierra that had a ding in the front bumper and a scratch in the bumper filler. We got it back and the paint was awesome but the bumper and the filler lined up horrible! I called the body shop manager he was rude.I brought it back the next day he came out and looked at it and told me "we can fix that". I asked him if he looked at it before it left he said "no". I called Craig Carter my salesman. He went and looked at it and called me the next day when it was repaired. to make sure it looked good and I was happy! I Give Craig a 10 couldn't ask for more from my salesman. as for the body shop and the manager a 0! I will never bring anything back to the body shop! If you would like to see the pictures of the terrible work your Bodyshop let go out the door. just let me know!
Took Hummer H3 in for noise @ front right corner - dealer said left front wheel bearing was bad - replaced left front & noise still at right front. Checked again & said right front bearing bad & none on hand. Cost for one bearing was approx $600 - the bearing cost $418 which is crazy & can get from part outlet for $240.
Dennis we are disappointed that we did not meet your expectations on the service and repair of your Hummer. There is a major benefit to replacing your hub bearings with a GM OEM part vs an after-market one. The GM part comes with a life-time part & labor replacement warranty. Our service advisors should have explained the benefit and also given you a quote on both OEM and after-market parts allowing you to make the choice. However, we can assist you as a GM Employee to login to gmfamilyfirst website and apply for customer pay vouchers. These vouchers will help offset your bottom-line repair costs. They were all very friendly, and addressed each of my concerns. The shop Advisor Mark took the time to speak with me and walk outside with me to make sure one of my concerns did get answered to the best of the shops knowledge. They took very good care of me. I would also like to thank the scheduler Autumn. She was totally awesome. She was super friendly, and took the time to make sure that I was scheduled based upon my need, and answered all of my many questions to the best of her ability. If she wasn't able to answer a question she referred me to someone who could. Thank you to all of the staff at Matthews!!
