I had a recall on my car and it was supposed to take one hour.i finally complained after two hours. They were having trouble and were going to take me home. They finally offered me a car to drive but came back telling me that it would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. I was there almost three hours. I certainly wouldn?t have stayed if I had known it would take that long. Very unhappy.

I received a e-mail from OnStar saying my car had issue with my car and it should be taken to my dealer which I did. They found the problem to be a sensor, and apart had to ordered. They called the next day and said the part would arrive the following day and scheduled a time for having the work done. I arrived at the time and the work was completed in approx. 45 min. Great Job.

They were ready for me when I arrived. Did work they said they would and explained what was done. I was in and out within the hour the told me it would be. They even washed it. Wonderful service. Thank you!
